The Sun has just set
Each sparrow tries to get
A spot in the tree
Then, by strict decree,
It seems, half the Moon enters the set

We can read about miracles
In religious scriptures
Apparitions, light bundles
But, we can't talk about such creatures

It may be wisdom
To listen to them
Reality may be in a phantom,
Remember Betlehem

Christmas Lunch At The Bank

Three decades ago, luxury
Was keyword at banks' restaurants
Deer, wine, lobster were price worthy
It was approved by accountants

Now, the state owns their business
Christmas lunch is soda and cake
Now, staff enjoy simple finesse
Good times at good price may not be fake

Outside, it's dark and there's no cold
Inside, young people of all creeds,
Enjoy what their plate may behold
Sharing meals belongs to nice deeds

Banks had to learn humility
Sharing now needs simplicity

First Quarter

Light, movement and energy
Yet, this format isn't free
The Moon is bound to repetition
It doesn't detract fascination
From another inaccessible mystery

Elsewhere

Longing or dreaming to be somewhere else
Look out your window, see something else
Something better or at least different
Dreams make work or travel an assignment
But, once arrived, again you may long for something else

Full Moon

We look at Full Moon and enjoy
Is there something, people will employ
Some of us, make a business of her
I know, thinking of her, what I prefer
A picture, a dream, is enough to enjoy

Also In Late Autumn

Plants still florish,
Under November rain
Winter crop is now lavish,
Your efforts won't be in vain

Gluten

The most efficient food has gluten
Spaghetti, bread, crouton, have we eaten
It has great taste and fills the belly
Many people get sick, drowsy,
Or enslaved to anything wheaten

Before, beer could be added to gluten
Governments have not forgotten
Clean water and nature's difficulty.
Beer and gluten are efficiency

Once nature's food has been eaten,
Freedom comes, and that will threaten
Corporate and state identity
To some people, it may sound crazy
Serfdom to bad food we've eaten,
Weakens our world -- to some, it's gluten

Muslim City

Heat, at noon
Prayer time, soon
God's name on the wall
Is written for us all
People walk in, at ease
There's a slight, hot breeze
School children on their way
It's a regular sales day
Water, fruit, corn, nuts, change hands
Kitchenware from Asian lands,
Is colourfully present,
As is grilled meat scent
There's always something to enjoy
Just don't forget your own employ

What Circulates & Isn't Our Property

Water, air, and, yes, money are free
They change hands; even run through the body
Government is there to channel
Yet, can't contain them within a tunnel
And, disappear, can only money

Only money suffers stupidity
It's a child of your activity
But, it will never be your personnel
All are free, when you push your panel

In water and air, no change we see
At least, lunar phases have their decree
These two pundits are God's own colonel
Over life, as its bullying pannel
We dream freedom; they truly are free.

October Rain

It's seven thirty in the morning
And, softly it's raining
Still, it's mostly dark
A lit candle gives a first spark
A hot beverage to make moving

Through our days, we may toy
At intervals, we enjoy
A small merriment
Or, energy during predicament
It will sooth, bind, or employ
